Pricing and Processing
All prices on www.skinreneu.com are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes, if any. Payments are processed at the point of sale, and are processed using Stripe’s Payment Processing Platform. SkinReneu Technologies does not receive or keep your credit card information on file.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are confirmed within one business day and are processed shortly thereafter. Tracking information is made available within one week of the order being processed, and full delivery can be expected within 3-4 weeks. Occasionally, orders may be delayed at the customs of the destination country. The customs process cannot be expedited by the seller.
Returns and Refunds
For reasons pertaining to personal hygiene, we cannot accept returns for products which have been used. Exceptions will be made only in rare instances where has arrived damaged.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you may contact us at info@skinreneu.com and we will gladly refund your purchase with submission of acceptable proof.
If the device does not meet your expectations and is still in an unused state, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund less return shipping costs. Please contact info@skinreneu.com to initiate a return for an unused device.
Precautions
Certain devices should not be used by those with pre-existing conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, sensitive or broken skin, heart conditions or metal implants. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should only proceed with the approval of their physician.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand that it is your responsibility to determine if the device is suitable for your unique circumstances or conditions. If in doubt or to better understand suitability and/or risks, consult with a physician.
Release of Liability
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand that the devices offered on www.skinreneu.com may be classified as aesthetic beauty devices and thus may come with the inherent risk of side effects, and may cause harm if the manufacturer’s instructions are not read and adhered to.
You also agree that it is your responsibility, as the customer, to read the instruction manual provided and to only proceed if you fully understand the instructions including risks of side effects, if any.

Every product comes with an instruction manual, and you should only proceed if you understand and are able to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions. Agreement to these Terms and Conditions releases SkinReneu Technologies from all liability pertaining to the use of any device sold through www.skinreneu.com or any of its associated channels.
