Unwanted Body Hair: A Thing of the Past
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a revolutionary completely safe and very effective treatment that puts permanent hair removal in the palm of your hands. Our IPL Hair Removal Epilator is a safe and effective way to finally say goodbye to unwelcome body hair – which means no more nicks and razor burns from shaving!
IPL works by focusing multiple wavelengths of light through a series of flashes. The pigment cells then absorb the light, which creates heat that deactivates the hair follicle to prevent hair growth. With a single weekly treatment for 1 to 3 months, you will notice body hair becoming increasingly sparse until – voila! – smooth, hairless skin.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What hair and skin types is this treatment suitable for?
The IPL Epilator is not suitable for all skin and hair combinations as the light requires melanin to attach to. It is most effective on light to medium skin tones with hair ranging from natural blonde to dark brown or black.
It is not effective on dark skin tones as the skin would end up absorbing the light energy. It is also not effective on light blonde, red, grey or white hair as there would not be enough melanin to absorb the light energy.

How long will it take to see results?
The IPL Epilator is only able to treat live hairs, although dead hairs can remain attached to the body for 2-3 weeks. To treat all hairs throughout their life cycle, the epilator should be used once a week for 4-12 weeks. You will begin to see results a month into treatment. After the initial treatments, use the epilator every 1-2 months to maintain results.

Due to the sensitivity of intimate areas and the difference in type of hair, the IPL should not be used in intimate areas.
Can men use it?
